Return & Refund Policy

Simmydoo, every piece is intentionally crafted; stitched by hand, finished with care and made in small batches. We want you to feel absolutely confident in what you choose.
If something isn’t a perfect match, here’s how our return process works.


7-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The Simmydoo tag must be intact
  • The hygiene sticker must not be removed or tampered with
  • The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition

Knickers – Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on knickers of any kind (thongs, hipsters, briefs, bikini bottoms, etc.).

We highly recommend booking a Fit Session & with us before purchasing to find your perfect size and style.

Customised Products – Not Eligible for Return

Any product that has been customised, tailored, monogrammed or made-to-order cannot be returned or exchanged.
These pieces are created specifically for you and crafted individually by our artisans.

Bras & Bralettes – Eligible for Return

Bras and bralettes can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The tag is intact
  • The hygiene sticker (if applicable) is untouched
  • The garment is in original, unworn condition

Your return will be processed once the product passes our quality check.

Fit Sessions (Highly Recommended)

Your fit matters.
To minimise sizing issues and make sure you pick the right support, shape and silhouette, we encourage you to book a complimentary Fit Session with our team before placing your order.

Our team will guide you through the quick return process.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Knickers
  • Customised / made-to-order pieces
  • Final sale items
  • Products with removed tags
  • Products with tampered or removed hygiene stickers

Refund Policy

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email or message regarding the status of your refund.

If approved:
Your refund will be credited automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
You will receive a confirmation once the refund is issued.
Please note:
Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).
